Meet Gina

The Wilder Practice was created out of a deep desire to change the way leadership is done.

Gina’s background spans executive coaching, organizational development, and leadership facilitation, but her approach is anything but standard. Gina integrates systems thinking with presence-based work, guiding clients to lead from a place of clarity and purpose.

After years of supporting leaders through complexity, transition, and growth, Gina saw a clear pattern. The most powerful shifts happen when people reconnect with themselves — their values, their vision, their deeper knowing. That’s where true leadership lives.

The Wilder Practice was born from this insight. It’s a space for change-makers, culture builders, and curious leaders who are ready to do it differently.
